• What type of Batteries does the Zappit Use?

The Zappit uses two "C" Cell batteries, which are included in the package.

• How can I test my Zappit?

To test you Zappit:
Insert the two batteries,
close the cap,
press the power switch,
gently strike the metal wire mesh with a plastic covered key.

• Is it safe?

The Zappit is safe in normal use.
Do not touch the metal screen when the switch is pressed.
Children should be supervised when they are using the Zappit

• How do I clean my Zappit?

Clean with a soft bristle brush or damp cloth then let dry.
Clean at least ten metres away from food preparation areas.

• I've already purchased a Zappit, what Warranty do I have?

To extend your warranty to a full twelve months, please fill in the form on the Warranty Page.
